Scotland, specifically the Isle of Skye, hides a place that seems to be inhabited by goblins and magical characters. Hence its name, which translated means “pools of fairies.” Some pools with crystalline waters and spectacular beauty. Although yes, if you want to bathe in them you must bear in mind that the water is somewhat “cool”, even in summer.

The designated area is the pool right at the foot of one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the park, Skradin.

This fabulous natural pool arose when the dome of an underground river collapsed. It is in Austin, in Texas, and it is a unique place. It is protected by incredible walls and a kind of semi-crest through which waterfalls fall. Bathing is only allowed when the water conditions are right, but just seeing this pool is worth it.

Another one of those incredible natural pools that are below ground level and are fascinating. To Sua means “giant hole”, and it really is. To reach its crystal clear waters you have to descend no less than 30 meters, but bathing in this place is truly unforgettable.

The “Queen’s Bath” is one of the many attractions on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. A small but beautiful natural pool between volcanic rocks, protected by them from the fury of the ocean. But only in summer, in winter the waves hit this beautiful corner with force. Still, it is worth visiting, the contrast between the turquoise of the waters and the gray of the rock is almost hypnotic.
