1. Arcos de la Frontera

This is considered one of the most beautiful towns in the interior of Cádiz. It has steep streets full of charm, some still cobbled and a nature at its feet that seems out of a story.

Its cliffs, the pure white color of its houses, the green of the lush nature that surrounds it and the golden color of its land create a spectacle that you will want to immortalize in your best photos.

2. Vejer de la Frontera

The shape of this town is peculiar, as it forms a perfect circle, which, although it began to fill with new houses, this stopped to expand the town outward.

It has a walled historic center  and many interesting monuments, such as the Divino Salvador church, the Hospedería de San Francisco Convent, the Marqués de Tamarón baroque palace, the Mayorazgo House and the Nuestra Señora de Oliva hermitage.

3. Grazalema

Located in the mountain range that bears his name, you can get an idea of ​​the beauty of its surroundings. Its old town is declared a Historic Site, so that alone is worth the visit.

4. Castellar de la Frontera

A medieval town full of charm and incredible corners. Its castle is considered one of the best preserved medieval fortresses in Spain, dates from the 13th century and has not undergone any remodeling.

In addition to all this architectural beauty, we  must add the nature present in the area and its surroundings, which make it an even more special place if possible.

5. Olvera

It extends to the top of the Cadiz mountains and its spectacular Nasrid castle stands out imposing on the mantle of white houses and tile roofs. Its church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, of neoclassical style, is another of the attractions that you have to know in Olvera.

Another charming town in the Sierra de Grazalema that is characterized by having an indescribable natural environment. Its Clock Tower is one of its greatest attractions.

Near the town you can do various trails and enjoy a lake where you can practice various water activities. Paragliding is another of the activities that you can practice in this unique enclave surrounded by nature.

7. Medina Sidonia

They say that it bears a great resemblance to Arcos de la Frontera, perhaps due to its similar location in the mountains. Among its attractions, the Medina lagoon and the Alcornocales park stand out. But we must not forget its old town, which stands out for its Roman, Phoenician and Arab influence, a very interesting mix of cultures.
